Hair Extensions Direct Website Terms and Conditions

1. All stock and prices are subject to availability.
2. All prices are in UK Pounds sterling
3. All listed stock is 100% genuine
4. All photos are used for illustration only. Please read carefully the exact descriptions supplied.
5. Testers and damaged boxed stock are 100% genuine and are unused. Testers are not supplied free of charge. Please read carefully the exact packaging descriptions.
6. All products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used and are subject to our returns policy.
7. Customers have the right to return their order within 7 working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
8. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints same day. The customer will be informed of all progress.
9. According to the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party
10. None of the above affects your statutory rights.
11. Order payments may be subject to extra security checks which may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Hair Extensions Direct reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

Hair Extensions Direct reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only, customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.

Product Descriptions
To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on this site are accurate and up-to-date. We include images of products on our site to help with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in colour, should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.

 

Acceptance
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions.

The customer (you) shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after receipt of goods. Should we not hear from you within 14 days it shall be deemed that the goods are of a satisfactory condition and are fit for their purposes, this will in turn lead you to being unable to return or reject the goods at a later date. This however does not affect your statutory rights.

Deliveries are made in the UK only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the ordering and delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all our prices on our website are accurate, although errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund providing we have not attempted to make a delivery to you. If the item is returned to us, our standard postage of £2.00 per item will be deducted from your refund.

Back Orders
Should the product you have ordered not be in stock we will email you ASAP to let you know, at this point you have the option to cancel your order, wait for the item (we will gladly give you an idea how long) or we will happily substitute the item for you. If you are concerned please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department using the details below.

Cancellation
If you do need to cancel an order for whatever reason you have 7 days to do this after the date we deliver the goods to you please email us as soon as possible at sales@hair-extensionsdirect.co.uk. If however the goods have already been despatched to you in these circumstances you must return the products and pay the delivery costs.

We accept payment through PayPal only.
