Delivery Information

 

Any order that totals £30.00 or more is eligible to FREE standard delivery.
Any order that totals less than £30.00 is subject to our standard shipping cost of £2.00.

We deliver anywhere in the UK mainland excluding N.Ireland. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail first class post and should arrive with seven working days of receipt.

Products ordered from the website will be delivered by Royal Mail only or a courier in certain circumstances. Unfortunately products cannot be collected from our offices in person. All products will be suitably packaged for transit.

Where possible, your items will be dispatched on the next working day (MON - FRI) following payment confirmation. You will receive an email (from PayPal) when your order is confirmed. This email also acts as your receipt.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses then please complete a separate order for each address. If applicable, a separate delivery charge will apply to each address.

 

Returns

We want you to feel confident about shopping with Hair Extensions Direct. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will endeavour to put the matter right.

Our returns policy

You can return any unwanted items within 28 days for a refund or replacement, as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging and original condition.

Please note:
* Products will only be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact.
* All returns are evaluated before being processed.
* Items ordered incorrectly will be liable to a 20% total invoice value restocking charge.
* All replacement items are sent once the returned item is received and evaluated.
* All refunds will be made to the original payment card/method used.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return an item

To return an item to us, first you should email us at sales@hair-extensionsdirect.co.uk, including in the email the details your order, your name and address and your reason for return.

Once the return has been acknowledged on email then you will be required to send the item(s) to the address below complete with full details of your order, your name and address and your reason for return. We recommend that you send your parcel via your local Post Office. Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, but this is usually processed within 10 working days.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty. When you return goods, please obtain (free) proof of postage from the Post Office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please make sure that the product(s) is well packaged as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.
